I’m Raz, a graphic designer, father of 3 boys, and a passionate sports lover. As a man of few words, I found my perfect niche as a graphic designer, a job in which I can express a whole agenda with an accurate, powerful image.
I started my professional journey in big advertising firms, where I could quickly develop my time and people management skills and become a studio manager. In these intensive, multitasking workplaces I used my patience, calmness and ability to work under pressure in order to create marketing campaigns that would make our clients happy, as well as live up to my personal creative standard.
As I was progressing to art director positions, I became more involved in the holistic branding process of small as well as big businesses. I led and supervised branding processes of clients from diverse worlds of content, starting from strategy planning, through concept creation, and building a design system. In these projects I worked closely with copywriters, motion designers and strategy experts in order to make the Graphic language an ideal combination of the client’s vision and the commercial goals.
My current position as a senior designer in a sports application requires me to work with the marketing and growth divisions, as well as monetization, product and social departments, in order to create the best possible design materials for our application. Since this is an international company, I quickly learned how to work with texts in different languages, while taking into account the cultural and social nuances of each target audience. In this position I’m able to bring out my qualities as a team player while executing tasks given to the design studio, as well as initiate and lead marketing projects which would serve the company’s goals in the fields of visibility, user engagement, and overall digital presence.
